  • Les couverts, enlevés automatiquement du plateau par un extracteur à couverts, sont ensuite directement dirigés sur une deuxième piste dédiée.
  • Les plateaux, quant à eux, pénètrent directement et sans aucune manipulation sur la troisième et dernière piste afin d’y être lavés.
